Section 66A (use of water undertaker's supply system) (inserted by Schedule 2) is amended as follows.

Subsection (2) is repealed.

In subsection (5)—
a
in paragraph (a), the words “in the case of a request under subsection (1),” are repealed;

paragraph (b) is repealed.

In subsection (7)(a), the words “or (2)” are repealed.

In subsection (9)(c), the words “or a restricted retail authorisation” are repealed.
