(2)Subsection (2) is repealed.
(3)In subsection (5)—
(a)in paragraph (a), the words “in the case of a request under subsection (1),” are repealed;
(b)paragraph (b) is repealed.
(4)In subsection (7)(a), the words “or (2)” are repealed.
(5)In subsection (9)(c), the words “or a restricted retail authorisation” are repealed.
