Territorial Extent and Application
37.The provisions of the Act extend to the whole of the UK with the following exception. The provisions for disclosure of information in Schedule 6 extend to England and Wales only. There is a power to extend the provisions of the Act, by Order in Council, to any of the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
