5 U.K.In section 35(2) of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc) Act 2004 (imposition of requirements to facilitate deportation or removal), for paragraph (c) substitute—

“(c) provide biometric information (within the meaning of section 15 of the UK Borders Act 2007), or submit to a process by means of which such information is obtained or recorded;”.
