28 (1) Section 36 (regulations and orders) is amended in accordance with this paragraph. U.K.

(2) In subsection (3), after “6A” insert “ 9B, 9E(2), 12(7) or 12A ”.

(3) In subsection (5), after “6A” insert “ 9B, 9E(2) or 12A ”.

(4) In subsection (6), after “section” insert “ 9D or ”.
