SCHEDULE 6Local Education and Training Boards

1The area for which an LETB is appointed

HEE must ensure that the areas of LETBs—

a

do not coincide or overlap, and

b

together cover the whole of England.

HEE may vary the area of an LETB.

HEE must—

a

keep an up-to-date record of the area of each LETB, and

b

publish the record.
