Status of the HRA U.K.

12 (1) The HRA is not to be regarded as a servant or agent of the Crown, or as enjoying any status, privilege or immunity of the Crown. U.K.

(2) The HRA's property is not to be regarded as property of, or property held on behalf of, the Crown.
