SCHEDULE 7 E+W Statutory rights to leave and pay: further amendments

Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (c. 4) E+W

14 (1) Section 171ZC (entitlement to ordinary statutory paternity pay: general) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1), the word “ordinary”, in both places it occurs, is repealed.

(3) In subsection (2), the word “ordinary” is repealed.
