The Road Traffic (Driving Instruction by Disabled Persons) Act 1993 is amended as follows.

Omit section 1 (registration of disabled persons as driving instructors).

In section 2 (licences allowing disabled persons to give instruction so as to obtain practical experience), omit subsection (4).
