Section 151 (duty of insurers or persons giving security to satisfy judgment against persons insured or secured against third-party risks) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), for the words from “a certificate of insurance” to “security has been given,” substitute “ a policy or security is issued or given for the purposes of this Part of this Act, ”.

In subsection (2)(a), omit “to which the certificate relates”.
