Replacement of references to documents being deposited at the company's registered office E+W+S

17 (1) Section 518 (rights of resigning auditor) is amended as follows. E+W+S

(2) In subsection (2)—

(a) for “deposit” substitute “ send ”;

(b) for “a signed” substitute “ an authenticated ”.

(3) In subsection (5), for “of the deposit of” substitute “ on which the company receives ”.
