6In paragraph 26 (notice by company, or directors of company, of intention to appoint administrator), in sub-paragraph (2) (requirement to give additional notice), for “proposes to make an appointment under paragraph 22” substitute “gives notice of intention to appoint under sub-paragraph (1)”.
