11 (1) Schedule 14 (Applications for certain orders under Part 3) is amended as follows. E+W+S

(2) In the heading, at the end, insert “ : Wales ”.

(3) In paragraph 5 (interpretation), in sub-paragraph (1), for the definition of “local authority” substitute—

““local authority” means a community council;”.
