SCHEDULE 1 U.K. Amendments of Serious Crime Act 2007: Scotland

3 U.K. In section 2 (involvement in serious crime: England and Wales orders), in subsection (6)—

(a) for “test in section” substitute “ tests in sections 2A(1) and ”;

(b) after “serious crime in” insert “ Scotland or (as the case may be) ”.
