“(cb)a decision under section 22A of the Serious Crime Act 2007 not to make a serious crime prevention order;”.

(2)In subsection (4), after paragraph (ca) insert—

(3)In subsection (4A)(b)(ii), for “or (ca)” substitute “ , (ca) or (cb) ”.
