36U.K.The amendment of Schedule 4 to the Licensing Act 2003 made by paragraph 21 of this Schedule applies on and after the coming into force of that paragraph in relation to—
(a)personal licences granted before, on or after the coming into force of that paragraph, and
(b)offences committed before, on or after the coming into force of that paragraph.
