Prospective

27 (1) In section 106BB (duty to notify the Mayor of London of certain applications under section 106BA), in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of subsection (1), for “planning permission” substitute “ permission ”. E+W

(2) At the end of that subsection insert—

“In this subsection, “permission” means planning permission or permission in principle.”
