An amendment or repeal made by this Act has the same extent as the provision amended or repealed.

Chapter 5 of Part 4 and this Part extend to—

England and Wales,

Scotland, and

Northern Ireland.

Sections 207 and 208 extend to—

England and Wales, and
b
Scotland.

Subject to that, this Act extends to England and Wales only.
