(1)An amendment or repeal made by this Act has the same extent as the provision amended or repealed.
(2)Chapter 5 of Part 4 and this Part extend to—
(a)England and Wales,
(b)Scotland, and
(c)Northern Ireland.
(3)Sections 207 and 208 extend to—
(a)England and Wales, and
(b)Scotland.
(4)Subject to that, this Act extends to England and Wales only.
