11 U.K. In section 5A(3)(b) of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002 (disclosure of information to the Northern Ireland Judicial Appointments Commission) for “Part 1 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000” substitute “ any of Parts 1 to 7 or Chapter 1 of Part 9 of the Investigatory Powers Act 2016 ”.
