31 U.K. In paragraph 3(3)(b) of Schedule 9 to the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 (data matching: voluntary provision of data) for “Part 1 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000” substitute “ any of Parts 1 to 7 or Chapter 1 of Part 9 of the Investigatory Powers Act 2016 ”.
