10(1)Section 56(1) does not apply in relation to—U.K.
(a)any financial restrictions proceedings, or
(b)any proceedings arising out of such proceedings.
(2)In this paragraph “financial restrictions proceedings” has the meaning given by section 65 of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008.
