3 E+W In section 135(1)(e) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (functions subject to inspection), for “or the Adoption and Children Act 2002 (c. 38)” substitute “ , the Adoption and Children Act 2002 or section 2 of the Children and Social Work Act 2017 ”.
