In paragraph 1(2)(a) of Schedule 2 to the Children Act 1989 (information to be published by a local authority), in paragraph (i), for “, 23B to 23D, 24A and 24B” substitute “ and 23D ”.

In section 135(1)(e) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (functions subject to inspection), for “or the Adoption and Children Act 2002 (c. 38)” substitute “ , the Adoption and Children Act 2002 or section 2 of the Children and Social Work Act 2017 ”.

In section 30 of the Children and Families Act 2014 (local offer for children and young people who have special educational needs or a disability), for “local offer”, in each place it occurs (including the title), substitute “ SEN and disability local offer ”.
