This section has no associated Explanatory Notes
(1)The following come into force on the day on which this Act is passed—
(a)section 10 and Schedule 1;
(b)this Part.
(2)The other provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Secretary of State may by regulations made by statutory instrument appoint.
(3)Different days may be appointed for different purposes.
