SCHEDULE 9 U.K. United Kingdom Research and Innovation

Delegation of functions by UKRI U.K.

13 (1) UKRI may delegate any of its functions to— U.K.

(a) a member of UKRI,

(b) an employee authorised for that purpose,

(c) a Council or a Council sub-committee, or

(d) a general committee.

(2) A function is delegated under this paragraph to the extent, and on the terms that, UKRI determines.
