13(1)UKRI may delegate any of its functions to—U.K.
(a)a member of UKRI,
(b)an employee authorised for that purpose,
(c)a Council or a Council sub-committee, or
(d)a general committee.
(2)A function is delegated under this paragraph to the extent, and on the terms that, UKRI determines.
