26 E+W In section 222 (power of local authority to prosecute or defend legal proceedings) in subsection (2) (application to bodies other than local authorities) after “the Common Council” insert “ and a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 ”.
