36E+WIn section 44(1) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 (interpretation of Part 1) in paragraph (a) of the definition of “local authority” after “a combined authority established under section 103 of that Act” insert “ , a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 ”.
