41In section 99 (disposal of land at direction of Secretary of State - supplementary) in subsection (4) (authorities who may make representations about directions) after paragraph (dbb) insert—
“(dbc)a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004;”.
