20E+W+SIn section 1 of the Local Government Grants (Social Need) Act 1969 (grants for special social needs) in subsection (3) (meaning of “local authority”) after “shall also include” insert “ a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004, ”.
