121 U.K. In Part 3 of Schedule 9 to the Energy Act 2013 (protected information: permitted disclosures and restrictions on use) in paragraph 14(3) (local authorities and water authorities: interpretation) in the definition of “local authority” for paragraph (e) substitute—

“(e) the London Fire Commissioner,”.
