Part 2 U.K. Minor and consequential amendments to the Police Reform Act 2002

21 (1) Section 15 (general duties of local policing bodies, chief officers and inspectors) is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (3), in the words after paragraph (c) after “Director General” insert “ of the Agency ”.

(3) In subsection (4)—

(a) for “Commission”, in each place, substitute “ Director General ”;

(b) for “Commission's” substitute “Office's”.
