9 U.K. In section 137(3)(f) of the Fair Trading Act 1973 (general interpretation: services covered) for “paragraph 29 of Schedule 2 to the Telecommunications Act 1984” substitute “ paragraph 17 of Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003 (the electronic communications code) ”.
