Section 109 of the Deregulation Act 2015 (functions to which section 108 of that Act applies) is amended as follows.

In subsection (3)(c), for ““relates to matters which are devolved Welsh matters”” substitute “ could be conferred by provision falling within the legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales ”.

In subsection (6) omit the definition of ““devolved Welsh matter””.
