110U.K.In section 157 of that Act (power of Secretary of State to waive repayment requirement), in subsection (6)(b), for the words after ““responsible authorities who”” substitute “ are devolved Welsh authorities within the meaning given by section 157A of the Government of Wales Act 2006 ”.
