in sub-paragraph (2)—

i

for ““his”” substitute “ its ”;

ii

for ““Secretary of State”” substitute “ appropriate authority ”;

b

in sub-paragraph (3), before ““ ““building”””” insert—

“"appropriate authority”” has the meaning given by section 36(10)(b) or (c) of this Act;

c

in sub-paragraph (4), for ““Secretary of State”” substitute “ appropriate authority ”.
