Part 1 U.K. Conditions

Condition relating to discontinuation of ancillary operations U.K.

11 U.K. Where development consists of or includes the carrying out on any site of operations ancillary to the construction of any of the scheduled works, the operations must be discontinued as soon as reasonably practicable after the completion of the scheduled work or works.
