1(1)The single financial guidance body is not to be regarded—U.K.
(a)as a servant or agent of the Crown, or
(b)as enjoying any status, immunity or privilege of the Crown.
(2)The members and employees of the single financial guidance body are not to be regarded as Crown servants.
