17 In section 140A (competition scrutiny: interpretation), in subsection (1), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “regulating provisions”—

(a) in sub-paragraph (ii), omit “or 333P(9)”;

(b) omit sub-paragraphs (v) and (vi).
