34Paragraph 33(b) does not apply to goods imported into the Isle of Man in contravention of any prohibition or requirement and which are of a description the import of which into the United Kingdom is subject to a corresponding prohibition or requirement imposed by regulations for a purpose mentioned in paragraph 3.
