Amendments to Part 3 of the Energy Act 2013 U.K.

3 U.K. In section 81 (proposals about orders and regulations), in subsection (1)(a)—

(a) after sub-paragraph (i) insert—

“(ia) regulations under section 76A (nuclear safeguards regulations etc),”;

(b) after sub-paragraph (iii) insert—

“(iiia) regulations under section 112(1B) (definition of “relevant international agreement”),”.
