48 In paragraph 5(1) of Schedule 7B (protected enactments), in the table—

(a) omit the entry for the European Communities Act 1972, and

(b) after the entry for the Energy Act 2008 insert—

“The European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018

The whole Act.”
