In section 40 (scheme of Part 4), in subsection (2)—

a

omit “and” at the end of paragraph (a);

b

after paragraph (b) insert

, and

c

warrants authorising entry and search of premises notified under this Part or where a person to whom the notification requirements apply resides or may be found.
