386 Deportation recommendations E+W

See section 6 of the Immigration Act 1971 for provision about recommendations for deportation by a court dealing with an offender for an offence punishable with imprisonment where—

(a) the offender is not a British citizen, and

(b) is aged 17 or over when convicted.
