An abolished offence in relation to an offence specified in either of the preceding paragraphs of this Part of this Schedule.

Abolished offence”, in relation to an offence (“the current offence”), means an offence that—

a

was abolished before 13 April 2015, and

b

would, if committed on the day on which the offender is or was convicted, have constituted the current offence.
