Prospective

61 E+WIn section 289 (suspended sentence to be treated generally as sentence of imprisonment etc)—

(a) in subsection (1), for paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute “ a sentence of imprisonment ”;

(b) in the heading, omit “etc”.
