101 (1) Section 37 of the Mental Health Act 1983 F1 ..., is further amended as follows. E+W

(2) In subsection (1A) omit “ [F2 268A, 273], 274, [F3 274A,] ”.

(3) In subsection (1B) [F4 —

(a) in paragraph (aa), omit “section 268A or” and “282B(2) or”;

(b)] omit paragraph (b).
