181 E+W In section 6(2)(b) of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (“the POCA 2002”), for “section 3, 3A, 3B, 3C, 4, 4A or 6 of the Sentencing Act” substitute “ any provision of sections 14 to 20 of the Sentencing Code ”.
