195 E+W In section 70(5) of the POCA 2002—

(a) for “section 3(2) of the Sentencing Act” substitute “ section 14(2) of the Sentencing Code ”;

(b) for “section 3B(2) of that Act” substitute “ section 16(2) of that Code ”.
